5. Coaching Services Policy
Booking a coaching session or package means you agree to:

Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeited sessions at our discretion.

Payment is securely processed via third-party providers. We do not store payment card details on our site.

Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
