I am Julia, an HR leader turned career coach with over 20 years of professional insight, guiding professionals through career transitions and leadership growth.
After more than a decade building HR functions across industries in the Middle East, I recognized a common pattern: the most fulfilled professionals are not just skilled, they are aligned with their purpose. Success on paper does not always translate to fulfillment within.
Throughout my corporate career, I informally coached countless colleagues through career transitions, helping them reconnect with their strengths and step into their potential. What began as a natural inclination became a clear calling.
